Description

This Pineapple Mint Juice is a tropical, refreshing drink bursting with sweet pineapple, cooling mint, and a hint of lime. Perfect for hot days, it’s naturally hydrating and can be sweetened to taste.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on pineapple sweetness)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple chunks, mint leaves, lime juice, honey or agave (if using), and cold water or coconut water into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a jug.
  4. Pour over ice cubes in serving glasses.
  5. Garnish with extra mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sparkling twist, replace half the water with chilled sparkling water.
  • Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of your pineapple.
  • Best served fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
