Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15–20 minutes to set.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Spoon the blueberry pie filling evenly over the cream layer.
  7. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
