Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavor-packed bites marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan, then grilled to smoky perfection. These skewers are a summer BBQ favorite, perfect for parties or weeknight grilling!

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Wooden or metal skewers (soaked in water if using wooden)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush skewers with melted butter and more Parmesan before serving.
- Pair with grilled veggies, rice, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers are great sliced into wraps or tossed in pasta.
