Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Place coated pieces onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While cooking, prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust milk to reach desired consistency.
- Serve French toast bites warm, drizzled with the vanilla glaze.
